What is Burst Training?
- Exercising at 90% to 100% of maximum effort for 30 to 60 seconds to burn the bodies stored sugar (glycogen)
- Burst Training causes the body to burn fat for the next 36 hours to replace your bodies vital energy (glycogen) stores
- Only 3 to 4 sets of 30 to 60 second bursts, three times a week.
More is NOT better – must have one day of rest in between
